Henry Ford once said, “Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.” I think it is safe to say that Henry Ford certainly knew something about the importance of teamwork! So do I! Here is what I know for certain after thirty three years of teaching and Training Kagan Cooperative Learning across more than twenty countries - teachers who do more teambuilding and classbuilding obtain higher academic scores!
