Essential Information


Placing Your Order – School Purchase Order.


Once you've found the Kagan items you'd like to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the Cart link at the top right your screen.

  • When you're ready to complete your order, at the checkout stage, select the 'Manual Payment' option and provide the requested information, including your school's purchase order number from your Finance Office. 

  • Once you have completed your order you will receive an online receipt. You'll also be sent an acknowledgement email with details of your order shortly after we've received it.

  • Your Order will be dispatched to the delivery address provided and an invoice to the invoicing address provided.

  • If you haven't received this email within 24 hours of placing your order, then please email



  • By utilising this Purchase Order system, you are confirming that you have the appropriate authority to order the items on behalf of your School. Please check that the Invoicing and Delivery details entered match the requirements of your school’s procurement process.

  • It may be necessary on occasion for us to verify your order with your Finance Office before dispatch. If we are unable to obtain authorisation immediately, your order may be delayed whilst this is obtained.


VAT Receipts And Refunds


Your order will be dispatched with a VAT receipt. If your delivery and invoice address are the same this will be included in the parcel with your order. If you provide separate delivery and invoicing addresses, the VAT receipt will be dispatched separately to your invoicing address.
