In order for Cooperative Learning to be successful it must take place in a climate of mutual support and understanding.

T2T(UK) firmly believe that time invested by Teachers in creating caring cooperative Teams through Teambuilding activities is repaid many many times over.

The power of teambuilding underpins successful learning, it empowers students to trust, support, accept and appreciate each other as well as promoting a climate of problem-solving and sharing.

When students have a strong desire to work together as a team Group Synergy is unleashed, academic achievement goes up, discipline problems go down.

The power of peer to peer support increases students’ self-esteem, motivation to learn and respect and liking for teachers and school. Your Teaching becomes more fun, lively and memorable!

As with our workshops and lessons, what ever the length of time, we as teachers should feel obliged to include adequate time for team members/participants to get acquainted and feel at ease.
