Introducing Elaine Brown

Elaine Brown is a teacher/ trainer with vast experience spanning a wide range of years, age groups and schools. Once Head of her own Nursery School and later Assistant Head in a Cheshire Primary School Elaine gained the NPQH qualification from Manchester University and also achieved recognition for research into Effective Early Years Learning ( EEL) with Warwick University. In her role as Teaching and Learning Advisory Teacher for Cheshire LEA Elaine has worked with Primary and Secondary teachers, trainee teachers and lecturers, she now works as Co-director of Teacher to Teacher UK Ltd; a company that specialises in the training of teachers in Cooperative Learning Structures. Elaine vigorously continues to pursue her own professional development through training research and study into current educational practices and issues. Elaine is also a Facilitator for the Pacific Institute®: Investors In Excellence.
